2. Services Description

Hillda offers AI-driven customer service solutions featuring customizable 3D avatars, real-time language translation, and blockchain technology to enhance security and efficiency across various sectors such as telecommunications, healthcare, and finance. 

3. User Accounts 

  • Registration: Users must register to access certain features, providing accurate and current information. 
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities under their account. 

4. Use of Service

  • Permitted Use: You agree to use Hillda only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform. 
  •   Prohibited Conduct: You are prohibited from engaging in conduct that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, invasive of someone's privacy, or in breach of any legal rights. 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Hillda, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hillda or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 

6. Termination

Hillda may terminate or suspend access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of Terms and Conditions. 

7. Changes to Terms

Hillda reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute your consent to the modified Terms and Conditions. 

8. LLM Usage:

Hillda uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate text, translations, and provide responses. You understand that LLM outputs are not always perfect and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, biases, or other unintended content. Hillda will strive to mitigate these issues but is not liable for any damages arising from LLM-generated content.
